Directions For Use
You must not use the device if you have a flu, cold, infection accompanied by fever of over 37.2°C (99 F).
Follow these instructions carefully to achieve the best results.
Take the belt with thermo-elements out of the plastic bag. In order for the device to function correctly, it must be worn in the right place. The belt should be attached in tight contact with the skin.
Any clothing should be worn over the belt.
Ideally, you should wear the device all the time, day and night, for 3 months or longer for long term treatment, even after the pain is gone and troubling symptoms have disappeared. You can take the device off for short periods of time if necessary; long interruptions should be avoided, as they may reduce the efficiency of the treatment.
If you are using the device as a preventative measure or to treat minor symptoms, you can wear it only at night. The thermo-elements may change their shape as a result of body heat but this will not affect their healing properties. It is not recommended to share your device with others.

When you wash the belt, take the thermo-elements out of the pockets first. Wash it delicately; do not exceed a temperature of 40°C. You must not dry the belt on a radiator.
Do not take the thermo-elements out of their white cotton cover.
Keep the device away from sources of heat and do not expose to chemicals or detergents.
Do not wear the device, while showering or swimming.
